    Customer Balance

    When i get an email from an existing customer the gadget does not show the customer balance, and I dont see anywhere how to change that.

    Hi Marcelo11756,

    The Balance is a stock field which is part of the Gmail Gadget and cannot be enabled/disabled. If the customer infact has a balance you'll see it after clicking the contacts name to expand the gadget window. Check out our Gmail Gadget Help Center article for some more helpful info.
