Can the map object plot latitude & longitude like google maps? If so, are there specific settings/instructions to follow?

What seems to happen now is that the lat & lon will "snap" to the closest address, which is close but not in exactly the right place. On google maps there is a similar effect, with a red pin placed on the closest address, but google maps also shows a green arrow at the exact lat/lon location.

We are using this to illustrate meeting locations for our tour clients. To be extremely specific, I am trying to plot 19.429472,-155.257177 , but end up with the pin on the wrong side of the road and in front of the wrong building.

I see what you mean. Unfortunately, it looks like the green arrow that displays the exact coordinates is not available in this version of Method. I'm not sure if this is a limitation set by Google or not, but if you like I can put in a feature request and our team will look into it for future versions of Method.

I have a suggestion that may or may not be worth pursueing. You can contact Google to see if you can get the map "fixed" so that your address will point to the correct side of the road. Click here to report the problem to Google.
