We are trying to add a comment section to the "schedule a follow up" button when the button is selected. When we go into customize for that screen there is not a comments or notes field listed that we can add. How do we add this field so it can be added to this section?
The comment fields that you can find in some stock Method screens are simply text fields in the table. For example, if you look in the Activity table you will see a field called Comments. To get the HTML editor in your textbox field make sure to check the Show in HTML Editor setting in the textbox properties. See the screenshot below. Let me know if you need further help!
