Ability to associate different job sites to one incomming email?

    Ability to associate different job sites to one incomming email?

    Hi

    I'm on the cusp of implementing Method into my business and have started the trial period. A major dilema is whether to switch from Outlook to Gmail.

    If i get an email from a client for whom we have several job sites set up, does the gadget associate that email address with all the possible job sites and give me an option to select the relevant site theat email pertains to?

    This is a common scenario for us and the ability to select the correct job site would be very helpful.

    Hi David, 

    I'm glad you're enjoying Method! 

    The Gmail Gadget will appear in your Gmail account when you open an email. It will look at the incoming email address and find the associated customer or job in Method. If the customer or job you are looking for has a different email address in Method then on the incoming email, then the gadget will not show that job automatically. However, there is a built-in search feature on the gadget that will allow you to choose any customer or job that you wish. See the screenshot below.
