Error when trying to update an event

I am getting an error message when trying to update an event. Incidentally it happened about a minute after I received Carl's email about new deployment.

I had been editing an action, and save the screen to test. Then I tried editing the action again and when I clicked on the lose focus event I got this error message.

I tried signing out, clearing the cache on my browser and that did not work. Since the object only had a few simple actions in it, I tried to delete and got this message.

After I clicked OK I got this message.

    I could not find reset.

In summary I have an object with actions that I cannot edit and neither can I remove the the object
