Linking multiple customers to a single contact email in the customer portal

    Linking multiple customers to a single contact email in the customer portal

    We have been trying to set up the customer invoice portal on our website but we've been running into a problem. When we try to add a contact's email to multiple customers, only one of the customers they are linked to will show up on their profile. Since our "customers" are job sites we need to be able to have several linked to their respective parent contact. Is there any way to do this?

    Hi BuegeCJ,

    I believe this is possible, however the customization required to do so would be fairly complex and isn't something I'd be able to detail over the forums.
