Hi Kevin,
Have you taken a look at the Report Designer section of our Help Center?
Once you've designed the report, you'll want to use the Generate Report action in Method to generate your report with the appropriate parameters.
Hope this helps.

Hi Allison,
Method is designed to sync bidirectionally with QuickBooks, trying to change this functionality would likely lead to issues.

Hi Mike,
Would you be able to create a test portal with a copy of the same screen, except make the read-only fields editable? Create a few test Customers / portal logins and see if the issue still happens.
If it's still happening, I'll need to know more about how your screen is set up.

Hi hkui,
I did experience this issue a few weeks ago with one of my accounts, but I was unable to replicate it when I tested it last night. If you feel like it, give it another shot and see if it's still not working.

Hi Mahlon,
I'll check whether or not this is the intended workflow. To confirm, this is with Method:New that you're experiencing this change, correct?

Hi Allison,
Contact is a required field, there is no way to do this. Customers need a Main Contact to sync with QuickBooks, so Leads do as well, since they'll eventually (hopefully) be converted to a Customer.
Hope this helps.
