Great question! Within the Save & New Action Set before the Clear/New action gets executed use an Action Result to save the current Active Record ID.
Now to make sure the screen works/looks correctly we will initiate 2 Show/Hide Fields to 'SHOW' both sections:
(1) Contacts
(2) Contacts Info Details

I am assuming you are referring to the transaction report templates, if so that sounds very similar to the question on this Forum post HERE. Take a look, it will require some knowledge of scripting and report designer customization.

Hey Mahlon,
HasBeenBilled is set when the time activity is added to an invoice.
This happens automatically and cannot be set if it's not attached to an invoice, my guess is that this part of the customization isn't necessary as it will be handled by QBO when it syncs.
Workflow:
- Attach time activity to invoice
- Sync to QBO
- ...
