This drop down impacts the whole grid. When i'm viewing all customers in the customer tab, this drop down changes and sorts all accounts when i change the year classification.

I need to forbid printing of all data in Method for all staff members.
Is there a fast way to forbid printing for a specified role or I need to go through each screen and edit the print button permissions?

Yes when I go into CRM , hit the Customer Tab, and use the Existing Customers and Contacts. I click on the Go To for a Contact which is the main contact for the customer. No title shows up in the Rep / Type / Title column.

Is this issue with the stock Edit Contact screen? I just ran a test myself and the title saved for both the main contact and any other contacts without issue. Does this happen with all main contacts?

Sorry for the late reply. Can you tell me the status of the activity? Also, have you deleted any activities for the customer? I you have deleted that next pending activity, it can leave this field blank.
