Hi Chase, The very first thing I see is that you are trying to find the record in the Estimate table by EstimateStatus.  Generally, you'd want to find the record by RecordID, as this is most likely the only unique field in the Estimate table.  You would need an action result to capture the correct recordID for the estimate. ...

Hi Lance, I was actually mistaken. You can do refunds and voids through the Credit Card Processing action. Also be aware that you will need to buid custom screens for this and like also put in actions to create the credit memo that woud apply to the refund or void.
