I have a trial account that is facing this error and I have tried the the Method CRM Help Center solution no. 343 and Danny's ideas above without success.
I hear you about contacting support, but these people are losing days off their trial - what can be done?

You have a good suggestion. Our developers are currently busy building V2 and there is a focus on mobile development. Right now, it looks like they are building the core, common functions and apps. I believe this is something that is in the plans for the future.

We've been doing this successfully for the last couple of years.
We simply generate a report and then use a signature app (sign my iPad or the like) to capture the signature. The signed doc can be emailed back into Method and the client.
I think a signature app might be 4.99.
That being said maybe one day Method could ...
