Ok, Now...in my Grids, I want to put a little Composite Flag to indicate that we do have at least one SMS number for that Customer or Contact. I see some SQL Overrides, but they are mostly just simple HTML to concatenate fields. How would I write "Show this checkbox as true if any of these 3 chackboxes is true for this entity"?  ...

Method Team, Can we limit the Customer/Contact grid to Customers only? If so, please tell me the direction I need to go to do that.  I have not been able to find it. Thanks, VLocke

Hey, You mentioned that the autofill doesn't happen when you send the email out. When you choose the email template in the "New Activity" screen, and it populates the preview email fields with the template information, does it not autofill in the body of that preview either? Naeem
