It would be difficult at this point to determine what is wrong with your portal screen without having a look at it. I would suggest you turn on MethodSupport, so we can take a quick look at your account to see what is going on. I tried this. Had to remove "EntityType" which is a field that doesn't support Add. Then it worked fine.

No, what I put into Addr1 didn't move to Addr2, I was testing with Addr1 and Addr2, Addr1 disappeared (or sometimes got replaced by CompanyName) and Addr2 stayed put.
Perhaps you can just advise me on how to do what I need to do.

Checking for null values appears to be easy, if not counterintuitive (X not equal to ... type in... blank value). There does not appear to be any way to check for non-null values, though. What am I missing?

I'm at a loss really, i think its the mobile tab group - i.e. when signing in using the mobile sign in, thats when I get the error message and i can't for the life of trace where it's originationg from. i've tried what you mention but to no avail.

Yes you can. You can copy the action set of the Print Preview button and slightly alter it to specifically load the template. Just simply edit the Generate Report action and select the template (the first setting Report) and remove the override settings (the next two settings). See the screen shot:

If you are using custom email reminders, there may be something in the wording that is getting flagged. That, or their spam filters are set high.

It should sync both ways. If you test it out and find that Item Receipts do not sync from Quickbooks to Method, feel free to give our support line a call and we can investigate.
