Mike, I would include a grid to document library table, filtered to include only documents to that activity.  You should then be able to launch it from that grid, similar to our Edit Opportunity screen. - Adam

Agreed.  I found my answer with quickbooks forums.  Let me know if I am able to hide the "subtotal line item" from the estimate/PO when viewing/printing

David, This is more of a Quickbooks related support question. It may be useful to speak to a Quickbooks ProAdvisor about setting up accounts or deciding which one to use as this will affect your accounting.  Jason

Chris, If you go to the main Method sign in page (found here) you will see the option at the bottom of the screen to Switch to the August version. Eventually, everyone will get switched automatically to the August version and this step will not be needed. Jason
