Thank you LaCrews and Method team for your suggestion. We will dig deeper as we begin building the new website.

Our client has just noticed a small problem. Although the activity has a contact in the contact field it appears that the link to the lead is not complete until manually selecting the contact dropdown and clicking the contact name again. We only noticed as the new lead had no activities until carrying out this action.

I am finally able to get everything to work properly now. I had to switch back to the July version, redid the grid, put in the filter for the entity record and had to put in another filter to filter out the internal files using IsForInternalUse Equals No to hide the internal customer files. I am trying to determine if the "Location" field in QBO is available in Method.  I have looked on screens and in tables to no avail.  Can you tell me the best way to determine this for this situation and for other fields in the future?  Thank you in advance.

Brian, Both Method and Active Books are third party applications that separately interact with Quickbooks, but they do not interact with eachother. Additionally, Active Books will continue to run fine with Quickbooks if you install Method, there shouldn't be any interference between them. Hope this clarifies.  Jason
