Hi there, according to this blog post: http://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&article=PayPal-integration&id=334#main3 ... PayPal should show up as an option in the payment gateway as of last Tuesday, but I'm not seeing it there. Was this postponed? Thanks, -S

Hi John,  Currently Method cannot sync sales orders with Quickbooks Online (QBO) like it does with Quickbooks Desktop (QBD). The error seems to be referencing a screen that is stock in a Method for QBD account though. Did you copy this screen into a Method for QBO account?  Jason

Hi Andy and Ben, I haven't been able to replicate this behaviour. Can you try to enter a lead with a Standard Web-to-Lead form and see if this works properly? You may be missing a field on your custom web forms, possibly the Entity field in the Activity table (see my screenshot below). Let me know what you find.  Jason

Vicki, Is this a custom screen or a stock screen?  Could you enable MethodSupport and email me your company account name.  I can take a look and see if I get the same behavior on my end.  Have you tried a different browser?  I don't use Firefox much, so perhaps there was an update that may be causing this.
