Hi Brian, Method does not sync directly with Active Books. You can schedule and view Quickbooks reports in Method, but you cannot automate emailing them at this time. Let me know if this answers your question.  Jason

Stephen, After you assign a value to a shared result on one screen, you must use a Get Value from Shared Result action to retrieve that value on another screen. With this action you'll be able to assign the shared result to a local action result which you can then use on the second screen. I had already looked at the conflicts in Method and none appeared to be related to this. Just older ones that I hadn't yet cleared.

Hi Mike, Could there have been any conflicts with some of the entities or an issue with the sync?  This is definitely strange.  If it happens again, please call us so we can take a look right away. - Adam

Scott, John is dead on with his advice.  I'd recommend option 2 so you avoid altering any existing screens that are already in use.  You can see this post for instructions on a similar request.  The only difference would be to change the action from deleting to updating. Hi John, We cannot sync with this field with the Intuit Partner Platform (IPP) V2. However, this will become available soon with IPP V3. Keep an eye on our Release Notes! Jason

Ben, From what I went though you will have to start over with Method but that was a year ago. Not sure if they made it easy to move. I had to pretty much redo all the screens and such from the desk top version.  John M

MikeB Sometimes I will have strange things happend simular to what you went thought.  When that happens i power down the computer then reboot.  Sometimes this helps. John M

OK, for some reason, they are now appearing in QB, but I have no idea why. All I did this morning was re-run the status calculator for each staff account in the grid. Not all staff accounts had values in the status field on Friday, or this morning, but the ones with missing values appear to have values now. Very strange
