I found this article that might help. Point number four says if you send the payments to your Undeposited Funds account, you can group deposits in QuickBooks to match deposits to your financial institution. Let me know if this helps!

Is there an action within Method to set a checkbox as active while looping through a grid? (ie: Loop through grid and check all rows with criteria=X)

Hi Scott,
Just so I understand correctly, you have two customers in Method but only one in QuickBooks? Could you click on the gear in the bottom right corner of the Customer and Contacts List grid and click the checkbox next to the Entity RecordID field and update?
