Is there an action within Method to set a checkbox as active while looping through a grid? (ie: Loop through grid and check all rows with criteria=X)

Hi Scott,
Just so I understand correctly, you have two customers in Method but only one in QuickBooks? Could you click on the gear in the bottom right corner of the Customer and Contacts List grid and click the checkbox next to the Entity RecordID field and update?

I have a customer that somehow became split. Both customer identities have customer and contact information but one has all transaction history and the other has all activity history and scheduled activities. How do I combine these two back into 1?
I checked QB and only 1 identity exists for this customer.

I have a few suggestions for you:
Regenerate all of the tables the are associated with the form. To do so, go to Customize>Tables/Fields and click on Edit Fields... and then Finished Editing Fields for each table.

Sorry for the delay in response. I have radio buttons on my invoice that the user can select from and the radio buttons that are selected make up a unique item code. I created a custom form a while back..the form is working on my site but i went to edit the form a bit and when i go to load it I get>> Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Weather I am reporting a bug or i messed something up can you please lend a suggestion or solution.

Is thereany reason why I wouldn't see the FullName field when trying to add a dropdown using the Customer table?
Similar to the example above, I am working on a new table that will use the customer>FullName field. However, when I get to step 3, RecID is the only choice given...

1) I think the best way to approach this would be to first import your contacts through the "Customer Leads" Table. This way you have the ability to add many more fields you probably want included (billing address, shipping address, CompanyName,…), just don't include or worry about the Tags field at this ...

Thanks so much Ben. Many of the contacts have a company associated with them. If it makes it easier, I could easily assign a company to those that do not for consistency.
