Melissa, In addition to what Jason suggested. I have found that if the fields in your table are "linked", they are not really in the table and as a result are in the report designer to choose.  Somthing to think about.

Hi Melissa,  The fields that you are looking for must be available in the correct table. If you take a look in the Field List in the Report Designer, you can see which tables the report is based off of.
