Nick We have additional steps to help you manually install the sync engine using MSI vs Click Once. Please email me for the procedure. If these steps still does not help you resolve the issue, then you will have to debug the issue yourself

I have two customers that exist and are active in QuickBooks but they do not sync into Method (customer list screen). What makes this even stranger is that the Jobs asscociated to these two customers do sync into Method correctly.   the 2 Examples are Xterra/Dirty Spokes (parent customer - does not sync) there are 18 Jobs for this ...

Hey furrywombat, Thanks for the post -- unfortunately, I"m going to have to be a bit of a disappointment as this hasn't been implemented site-wide yet. As Paul mentioned, this is ultimately at the behest of the Quickbooks SDK. We're phasing in a new sync engine now, though, so fingers crossed we can get that in soon.
