Hi, Maybe I'm missing the obvious. I'm trying to create some personalized email templates to use when we email customers their estimates. It's simple enough to create a new template, but when I use it the recipient gets my email notification but no estimate is attached. Any thoughts?

I think I got it to work by updating fields....so it saves now.

As Val says this is not feature that method supports out of the box. However, it can be added using the api and a web service.

Yes, if you follow that order, using the details I provided, you should be able to import the tags correctly and use them in Listbuilder. For your step 2, you can add more fields if wish, however the fields I showed in my screenshot would be the minimum required fields to do this correctly.

There are a couple of ways to do it. You could retreive values from the screen for the case and assigned to and use that to create an action result with all the details and attach it as the body. For the To email address based on the assigned to you can pull that users email from the users table.
