When retrieving the Roles field for a Method user, the actual data seems to be the Tab Group listing for the user rather than the actual role access (e.g. Director, Sales, Guest, etc).
Am I missing something? Can I get the actual list of Roles for a user?
Thanks!

That's my mistake, as there is no Leads table. You can link it to the Customer table.
I don't have a Title field in my Opportuity table. Is this a custom field?

I was logged into my client's Method account working on some customization this morning. Everything was working fine. I left myself logged on while I went to grab some lunch. When I came back I was logged out of the account. When I log back in, I am now seeing "Error Generating Grid" on the custom screen I was ...

I saw the title field in the opportunity table and linked it to add it to the screen just like you are instructing me to do with the lead table.
I do not have a leads table available so I am unable to ad this the title field to that table. Isnt that strange?

John M - Thanks for all of the help on the forums the last few days.
Ecoxotic,
John's advice is correct. If you want to add a dropdown with the values you listed, you'll need to create a new table when adding your dropdown. On Step 3 of the wizard, you can add your field values that you wish to have in the dropdown. See ...

You'll need to create a linked field by first adding a dropdown field to the Leads table. ...

Hi Chris,
I couldn't replicate this behaviour. I just put a checkbox on a mobile screen that is checked by default, then I added a button that unchecks the box based on a conditional statement. I'll try a few more scenarios similar to what you are trying to do.

Although I will check on this as we update all our tax tables this week, but it is not going to address the problem I have:
The tax setting fields in Method are not syncing with the line items in QBO. If an estimate/invoice is recorded in QBO it should be accurately represented in Method, regardless of what default settings are in ...

Brian,
To get you going with this customization job, you should think about when you want this to be triggered. In this case, it may be best to trigger the activity creation when a user clicks the Convert to Customer button. If this is what you want, you should enter your actions into that button. I suggest reverse engineering some ...

Hi Nick,
I just tested this out and it seems to be working fine. Are you still having this issue? I suggest taking a look at your Items list to check if your items' tax codes are assigned correctly. You can find your lists in the Company tab in Quickbooks Online, or in the Quickbooks tab group in Method. If you are still ...
