  • User Roles and Tab Groups

    When retrieving the Roles field for a Method user, the actual data seems to be the Tab Group listing for the user rather than the actual role access (e.g. Director, Sales, Guest, etc). Am I missing something? Can I get the actual list of Roles for a user? Thanks!

    That&#39;s my mistake, as there is no Leads table. &nbsp;You can link it to the Customer table. I don&#39;t have a Title field in my Opportuity table. &nbsp;Is this a custom field? - Adam

  • Error generating grids

    I saw the title field in the opportunity table and linked it to add it to the screen just like you are instructing me to do with the lead table. I do not have a leads table available&nbsp; so I am unable to ad this the title field to that table. Isnt that strange?

    Hi DOTTIENYC, The Title field is a standalone field in the Contacts table, meaning it is not linked from another field. &nbsp;This would be why you have to edit the contact to update that field. &nbsp;Where do you see it in the New Opportunity screen?     Hi Chris,&nbsp; I couldn&#39;t replicate this behaviour. I just put a checkbox on a mobile screen that is checked by default, then I added a button that unchecks&nbsp;the&nbsp;box&nbsp;based on a conditional statement. I&#39;ll try a few more scenarios similar to what you are trying to do.&nbsp; Jason

    Hi Nick,&nbsp; I just tested this out and it seems to be working fine. Are you still having this issue? I suggest taking a look at your Items list to check if your items&#39; tax codes are assigned correctly.&nbsp;You can find your lists in the Company tab in Quickbooks Online, or in the Quickbooks tab group in Method.&nbsp;If you are still ...
