I deleted the field from the screen and recreated it. Looks like I had some actions applied to it previously that were messing with the results. Looks like everything is working perfectly now! Thanks a million.

Hi andy,
The contact record must already exist before an activity can be assigned to it. You can first create an unassigned activity then manually assign the appropriate contact to them after they're created. Is this helpful to you? If not, what is your end goal?

I have a check box that i have a condiiton based on the invoice selected on my grid, when selected it takes me to that invoice and if it is a Company then i say checkbox = Yes if it is not a contractor = No.

Off the top of my head there are 2 possibilities. 1. The customer has not synced to quickbooks yet. 2. Check the field entity type, if it is a 'Customer Lead' and not a 'Customer' it won't sync to QB.
