Hi andy, The contact record must already exist before an activity can be assigned to it. You can first create an unassigned activity then manually assign the appropriate contact to them after they're created. Is this helpful to you? If not, what is your end goal? - Ashur

Hi gbisaga, Off the top of my head there are 2 possibilities. 1. The customer has not synced to quickbooks yet. 2. Check the field entity type, if it is a 'Customer Lead' and not a 'Customer' it won't sync to QB. Dave

no thats how I get the buttons to show. When I click hide the buttons appear, when I click show the normal things on that section appear. I ended up redoing the screen, but am finding lots of strange things happening as I create these screens.
