I want to add the name of the contact from a customer, to which the email is being sent, to the email template for estimates and invoices.  What is the field name called?   Also, what is the field name called for the vendor contact?  I want to do the same with the purchase order email template i created.

I can create "New" reports without an issue and yes I have data.  When I try to open a report I get this message, but there is no way for me to save the report because I'm never allowed to open it in the first place. Thanks, Brian

When is this "notification of payment recieved" sent out?  Is it only sent out if the customer makes a payment on the portal?  If its not limited to just that, what are all of the actions that triggers it?   Also, If I receive payments in quickbooks will that still email out via Method due to the sync? How can i change the link that is in some of the email templates  http://urlforportal/ into a button inside the email?   And is it possible to make the button show our company logo or another image?

Hi David, You can setup your users up to use their own user specific email preferences.  You can do this in step 2 of the edit user wizards under Customize > Users.  See the screen below: Hope this helps. - Adam
