I'm creating some custom dashboard reports for cases.
I have a bar graph showing number of cases created by month.
Is there a way of hiding those months where no cases were created, or only showing values for the last six months.? Just looking at ways of reducing the size of tthe graph on-screen.

There's no denying it - you might be the best at what you do, but you still need a way to get the word out about your product or service. Of course you're busy being the best at what you do - who has time to conduct their own advertising campaign? Well, now you do - thanks to Method CRM’s integration with ...

Many of your competitors integrate with Mail Chimp and would be a great feature. List Builder is cumbersome to use and just not offer as many featires ...

Hi Brian,
I actually had a very similar question recently. Check out this forum post. Remember that you have to also add the fields to your screen, not just to the table. Let me know if you have any further questions!

Hey Brian,
You're on the right track! Once you add a field to the customer table, you still need to display it on a Screen (for example New Customer or Edit Customer screen). To do this you must go to Customize -> Screen and then copy the screen you want to change.
From there you use Screen Designer to add the ...

I appologize in advance for the many questions but I am starting to feel a bit retarded. I just want to add a new field to the customer screen, just something that will be in the CRM. I have clicked on the Customize Tab -> Tables / Fields -> Customer -> Edit Fields. Then clicked Add a New Field, typed a Field Name ...
