Its in the emails. Send out an email with a merge field in the subject line and it doesnt populate with the information.

Once you've added the new dropdown field to the grid on your customized screen (and made the grid editable), Publish/Save the screen, then from Customize > Screens you can use the Screen Name filter field to search for your new screen (ReportMethod). I am technical so I can do some customizations, but I don't know where to start. If you can send me some information about how to setup the price levels I can attempt to do it myself and then see if I need technical support.

It is possible to utilize price levels in Method, but it does not come preloaded with the software. It must be customized. Depending on the complexity of your project and your comfort with customization, you may need the assistance of a paid in-house consultant or a Method Solution Provider.

Instead of two screens, you could also employ filter by views. You could hide the fields on first load and then for one view force the fields to show. That setting can be found under Advanced in the grid:
