    Thanks Ashur. So, what is the best way for me to migrate from QBD to QBO.? I am trying to sawitch everything the cloud. Are you saying that I need to start over? Surely there is a way to make this happen without too much hassle. Thanks Bryan

    Not sure why this keeps happening to you, I'm unable to replicate this behaviour. Are you able to recreate this error? Is there a pattern to it? I'm guessing it's cleared now but if it happens again then we can reset it for you. - Ashur

    Hi handcrafted, The Method for QBD and Method for QBO tables/screens are different and the QBO authentication functionality does not exist on Method for QBD accounts, therefore you won't be able to sync Method for QBD data to a QBO account. Additionally, we do not recommend importing screens from one type of Method account to the other, ...

I am considering switching to QBO so that everything is in the cloud and I do not have to rely on a local server anymore.     Hi Mike,  If you click Show Additional info? on the Edit Activities screen, you'll see Actual Start Date and Completed Start Date. These fields populate the Last Activity field. See my screenshot below:  Jason

    Hi d.vanbaale, We've seen this happen in the past when users attempted importing a large amount of records in one go. This is something we're currently working on optimizing, so if you're encountering any problems in the meantime you should import in smaller chunks, e.g. four files of 4000 records and one file of 2000 ...

I recieved a message that is now gone that said that the user did not have permissions to perform the import.
