Testing the call at https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4 is returning http://link.methodintegration.com/xxxxx wether I enter link or MIurl in the DomainLinkOrMIurl parameter. I was hoping to have it return MIurl.cc/xxxxx so I can use it in an email and not have it be so long.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear on this. I know how to create a template. I've made a dozen or more. However, no matter how many times I change the font in my email template to Calibri and 11 pt, the font in my received email (sending to myself to test) is Times New Roman - of various sizes.

Hi Alex, As you found, you can hide the Rate and Amount fields when the screen first loads.  Unfortunately, I don't see a way to hide individual columns from certain users. - Adam
