Hi Marcelo,
Yes you can add the TagList field to other tables, and in turn, the screens which are based off those tables. You'll need to add the TagList field to the Activity table, since Work Orders are technically a type of activity, then you can drag and drop the TagList field onto your customized FieldService_AddEditWorkOrder screen. ...

Hi Matt,
This got lost in the shuffle. I think it's cumulative....You get locked after 5 failures....then if you only wait 2 minutes...it adds 10 minutes to the time so that's 18 minutes., etc. If the user is still locked out, send me an email with the accountname, and username and I'll see what I can do to unlock ...

In Firefox, I was able to re-enter the customer table information just once and follow through to the end to produce a working form. I've been able to go back and edit a bit as well, so Firefox is certainly working the best of the bunch, and I'm not having problems with it anymore. I didn't do anything special in between, such as ...

Another update: I've attempted on Firefox now as well, and same error produced between Steps 7 & 8.
