Hey Marcelo, The Is to be Renewed checkbox is not a separate field, it's embedded as part of the Calendar-Recurrence object on the screen. So if you edit that object and see that the Is to be Renewed option is checked by default, then yes it should behave the same for your copied Work Orders. Hope this helps! - Ashur

From the activity screen, if you click on schelude a follow up, can a work order be schelude from there?

When you copy a work order to another customer is the "to be renewed" check box supposed to copy too?

Johnny, I added the Save and Refresh grid actions and that seems to be the issue.  Could you remove those actions and try again?  They shouldn't be needed anyways, as the values will be saved when you click the update or save buttons. - Adam
