I’m curious to know what table the grid is built from and what field you are using? My hunch is that this is also related to the time portion of the date/time field .

I'm going to need a little more info here - Which portal specifically were you using in your account? What Screens / Grids are displaying only some records?
You might just be missing an Override Filter by Active RecordID action on Screen Load.

I had the same issue this morning as well. All I did was shut down/close the sync engine service app and re-launch it using the admin method email login (until this morning I'd been using the method user.name) and it looks like it connects and works fine. Hope that helps...

Does this happen for all Inventory items or just some? Have you tried clicking the Refresh button?
