Can you let me know how you have the new section setup a little more in detail please. Are the new fields you mentioned username/IP Address/Password coming from your own table maybe called Security or are they fields you created in the Customer table?

do you recommend running method in a different browser to what you use for other sites? I did have a lot of tabs open in firefox doing different things as I was also working in method?
I hate using IE, but wondering if I should just use that for method and then do all my other work in firefox?

Unfortunately there is no way to switch from Method for QBO to Method for QB Desktop, mainly due to the differences in table structure between both versions. The quickest way would be to sign up for a new Method account and link it with your QuickBooks Desktop company file.

Hi Ben B,
This may have been one of those weird caching issues, we usually see this happen with Google Chrome and not so much with Firefox. If you encounter a problem in the future try clearing the browser cache then try again, and as you already know, the alternative would be to try a different browser.

I suspect I'm missing something really obvious!
I've created a copy of CRM_CustomerEdit > I've then deleted the Opportunities section and replaced with another section I've called security. In this section I have a gride with username/IP Address/Password etc etc.
THe problem I have is that I cant figure out how to link that ...

edit - well something was up with firefox as tried to import using IE and it worked fine.

When I set up my trial Methods CRM, I intergrated it with my trial QuickBooks Online. I have decided to continue using my QuickBooks Desktop as QuickBooks Online does not support multiple currencies.
How do I delete my intergration with QuickBooks Online and intergrate it with QuickBooks Desktop? Thank you.
