Hi BartH, This change can be made through the Property Grid > Text > Format String section as well. When making your change was the {0:    } brackets and the 0 still available? Was the SalesOrder.TXNDate field selected when you made the change or was the Date label checked. - Sam

I was utilizing the format string on the right hand side of the screen.  After clicking on the small arrow above it has now formatted correctly.  What is the property grid on the right side of the report designer used for then?

Hi BartH, Are you changing the format for the right field? In report Designer you will need to click on the little arrow on the upper right of the field just below the Date Label titled SaleOrder.txnDate where you can set the Format String. - Sam

To access it go to the QuickBooks Tab Group (top right of the screen) > Click on the Employees tab > then click the Time Tracking tab link.
