When i get an email from an existing customer the gadget does not show the customer balance, and I dont see anywhere how to change that.

I made a copy of the work order list screen and I want to edit the new screen, to be able to assing the work orders to fixed items assets instead of customers.
So I can schelude work orders to a piece of equipment.
Any ideas?

I'm still in the trial period and am slowing moving from my "playing around" status to truly working in the application. Before I knew what I was doing, I apparently copied the CRM_EditCustomer screen to create CRM_EditCustomer(2) and CRM_EditCustomer(3).

How do I make the email body bigger in any screen, so I dont have to scroll down so much?

It looks like the problem has been resolved. That editing for customer links has to be done in QBO. I do wish there was a warning or a fix for this. This can happen so easily.

Currently we don't have anything like that setup in Method, however this may be something that will be possible down the road. If I find out more information about this I'll let you know by updating this thread.

Hi Marcelo,
You can use the Customer Type field as needed but when it comes to sending out renewal letters then add those tags to the contacts. Tags are generally a better categorization then fields. Check out our Tags Help Center article for more info. Hope this helps!
