Hi Tom,
This doesn't happen. When they sync over, they are only added as employees, and nothing else. You have the option to add them as users on the Customize > Users screen, but we do not add them automatically.

Please advise, we add an employee through quickbooks and when the program syncs with method the employee seems to be added to method with user login (paid license).
Please advise as no one added a new employee with a user paid license and the paid license box was found checked in the user panel.
If the sync does in fact add employees to method ...

I think you'd be much better off using the Generate Report action to filter the report. Method gathers all of the data before getting the template from the designer and generating the report. I uploaded my Logo to our Portal in the set up process and it is humongous. Is there a way to edit this within Method? Or do I need to edit outside of Method then re-upload.

1) Edit your New Lead screen, find the Lead Source field and edit that as well.
2) Go to Step 2 and select the Add New event.
3) Then edit the first action and change the screen it points to.
