This email came in from Beth:
Is there a way to customize the customer screen so that the company name shows up first in bold rather than the contact?
Beth,
What you would have to do is change the SQL override in the CustomerList screen. Edit the grid and click advanced for the Contact/Customer/Company field. ...

It was doing it on the stock screen as well, but today, both calendars are displaying them correctly. Not sure why it refreshed the status and not the label for it until today, but it's working now. Thanks for the reply! Sorry to always bring you weird problems...

Adam,
thanks for the advice.
I was unable to shut down Method or Quickbooks as the server was completely unresponsive.
I scheduled a reboot with our hosting company and afterwards things returned to a manageable level.
We had performed a full sync last week on initia setup.

This sounds really strange, so just to confirm the series Status is set to Scheduled which is what you see in the actual record but when you hover over the label it shows up as Not Started? What screen are you experiencing this problem with? You mentioned that the screen was customized, does this happen on the stock screen as well?

This is only happening with my recurring event for payroll and not for any of my other entries. I have tried refreshing. Logging out and back in to method. ...

You can create a customer and make it a sub customer during the creation process but once it's saved, the sub customer information cannot be added/changed/removed in Method. This limitation does not exist with ...

Andy,
Your RAM is still a little low for a Server 2008 Datacenter setup, but it does meet the minimum. Are you sure its entirely the Method engine taking up 100% of the resources, or are 100% of the resources being used when its running/syncing? Have you tried shutting down the Method engine and just running Quickbooks? How ...
