Hi Rafiq, There is a 5meg file size limit. We are currently investigating the possibility of allowing for larger file sizes....but I can't give an ETA at this time. Dave

When you first copied the screen you should have selected Replace links to an existing screen on Step 3 of 3. That's most likely why the option is not showing up when editing a contact. In order to get around this you can create a copy of your customized screen and do what I mentioned, remember to replace the original screen: ...
