I've had the same issue. It takes a long time before it happens, but it has been going on for a long time. I have simplified my QB and Sync Engine hosting onto a Windows 7 PC that does not get shut off instead of the server solution I was using since I need to keep a user logged into QB, etc. I do not know why the Sync Engine ...

I have some phantom fields in a custom screen section. The fields cannot be seen in the customize screen view, but they show up on the screen when it loads up in the browser. I would like method to autogenerate unique account numbers for my customers, then sync those with the account number field in QuickBooks.

Our Sales Receipts haven't sync'ed over to Method since August 11th. We are getting an error message in the sync engine that says (Error: QuickBooks found an error when parsing the provided XML text stream.) Not sure if this is related or what inforamtion you need to figure this out. Thanks

With the provided information above, I would suggest creating a new field on the table and the having that field pre-calculated and displayed to the grid.
