BTW, I immediately thought of a workaround. I just loop through the table for the field I'm trying to get the value for and inside the loop assign the value to an action result. Knowing there will be only one record to possibly loop over affectively sets the value if one exists.
GOT to be a better way than this...what am I missing?

For some reason a handful of Estimates were purged from the Estimate table for a time period a couple months back. Just to clarify, keep in mind that you should NOT increase the amount of users in the Apps & User Licenses section located in the My Account tab link. If you increase the number of users here you will be charged for additional licenses whether or not you use them.
