Here's a step by step to get this working...
Click Customize > Screens and look for the CRM_NewOpportunity screen, rollover this and click Copy.
- when making a copy please make sure that you:
- Step 1: copy from This Account.
- Step 3: you want to Add a Tab Link to the Opportunities tab.
