Hi Kristin,
With out knowing the specific requirements for your report, I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to track - the amount of time it takes your opportunities or leads to convert into customers? What does the % stand for? I recommend looking at looking at my colleague's blog post on creating charts. For reference you can also ...

Hi Jacques,
One thing I wanted to add to the above, is that there is a work around to this which as with estimates, applies to invoices, however it will only work if your team only uses Method, as problems will come up if you use both QuickBooks and Method to assign RefNumber (invoice number) to the invoice. Have a look at that recent post by ...
-
Hi Jacques,
As answered above, the reason for this is that Method needs to wait for QuickBooks to assign an invoice number
to that particular invoice. The caveat here is that if Method is not
immediately syncing with QuickBooks, whether because QB isn't open, or
because there are resolve conflicts or problems with the invoice, this ...

Hi Jacques,
You can certainly do this by placing a button on the purchase order screen that will display the home -> items screen in a pop-up using the "display pop-up" action; this would enable you to modify your items list with out switching screens per-se, but if you wish to go further and open the item screen on the condition ...

Hi Jschoff,
Unless someone here at Method will advise otherwise, I don't believe any changes have been made on our end.
The IP range that Method uses are in the range 72.32.228.2** as the IPs below (which are our 3 servers).
Web1: 72.32.228.236
Web2: 72.32.228.237
Web3: 72.32.228.234
Kindly take a look at this forum post for more ...

Hi Alex,
Although we would love to integrate with the added inventory functionality of QuickBooks Enterprize 11, at this point in time this isn't supported. Making this work cleanly would be tricky, as it would be difficult to gage whether or not a user has this feature or not and what version of QuickBooks Enterprise they have. While we ...

Hi Tiffany,
Just wanted to add to this, that the method (pun intended) I advised above is a recommendation, and isn't officially supported, as we have no control over the effectiveness of the sync between Outlook and Google Sync, so just wanted to throw that out there. But do let us know if it works for you!
Regards,
Denis

Hi Tiffany,
To answer your first question, the Outlok plugin does pull the activity type "work order" (if you go to Outlook Add-in Settings, and go to the Appointments tab, you will see all the activity types in the "Synchronizethe following activity types:" drop down).
To answer your second question, it is possible to sync ...

[quote user="DaveS"]
Danny,
This is a VERY important question which will affect every Method user, consultant and API user. How does Method determine if the $ balance is a debit or a credit?

Hi Dave,
Denis actually just answered the question so I won't steal the spotlight. However, ...

Hi DaveS,
Someone might chime in and correct me if I'm wrong on this, but QuickBooks handles double-entry accounting for you, meaning every transaction you enter automatically becomes a debit to one or more accounts and a credit to one or more other accounts; in other words the focus here is the business transaction v.s. the debits and ...
