Method Community

Hi Everyone, I've been using the Outlook Plug-In for a couple of months to import Outlook contacts into Method.  The Method icon that used to be on the toolbar of a Contact window has disappeared!  I've tried re-installing but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas I can try? Thanks in adance ...

Nick I think I ran into a problem with this before.  To make sense of this you can you export the customer table and include the fields Balance, TotalBalance, FullName, and ParentFullName? This might shed some light.

There are non at this point. Its a payment only and its applied on the customer in question. Please see the screen shot from QuickBooks as well. There is NO invoice here, just a sales order and two "Payments". These payments appear in Method under Transactions.  Again, quering the customer (Job in this case) in question only ...

Quickbooks online has 3 custom fields for invoices. I use them to track POs, customer IDs, and Vendor numbers. How do I allow Method to track and use these same fields? What are the Method field names for the equivalent? Or do I have to create these in Method? If so, how?
