Hi guys, We are experiencing an issue since you created the July version. 1. When we try to save and close a work order that we opened from the work orders section of the customer screen, we get an error syaing it has emailed the method staff. Is this a know issue? Has anyone done any customizing in Method to calculate the profitability of your Work Orders?  Have you designed any P&L management reports in Method?  Would be curious to hear about your approach & solutions.

I am seeing the detailed list once it's in QuickBooks but that does not help me because I need to do the entry on the Method side - so the description is showing up on the QuickBooks side but the data entry that I need to do is not because I cannot see the list that I need to use for the data entry on the Method side.

Chad, I am getting the same result but I need the item details to show on the Method side so we can do the group item detailed entry.  Thanks, V
