Greetings, Say i have some items in a estaimate and i create a field called Show, it would be a yes or no.  Would it be possible in a printed estimate to only show the items that are marked yes and be able to add up all those hidden items?   Thanks! John M

@VLocke - templates don't get synced on a changes-only sync (blame the QuickBooks SDK for not giving us the ability to see if they have a new modified date!). But they should sync on a full sync. I just tried adding a new template, and modifying the name of an existing template. After a full sync they travelled over nicely. Paul

 This was a pretty useful field - especially if you're assigning the followup to someone else. Maybe you'll decide to put it back, but not require it to be filled in?

Hi Dave, The dataset was returning encoded data, and I was using one of the stock email templates to test it out. The HttpUtility.HtmlDecode did the trick though and now it is working beautifully, thanks for your help!
