Hey Christian,
I spoke too soon without testing. Your user should receive the email as well as long as the Email notification when saving? option is enabled on the bottom of the Invoice screen before clicking Save & Email. Still, you just learned a helpful bit of info which will come in handy when customizing

Hi christian,
Yes you can do this by customizing the QuickBooks_Invoice screen, then editing the Send Email action within the Save & Email button. You'll want the look at the Email BCC field and have it use the value of the current users email address. *Hint: Value From Session.

Hi Innovative,
This depends on your organizations needs as there are different payment gateways which have their own unique benefits. Method currently supports four payment gateways, check out our Payment Gateways help center article. If you decide to use one of those providers then read our Add a Payment Gateway article, which will help you ...

Hi Innovative,
I haven't seen any issues like this in the past and no this would not be the cause of the problem. When the records are no longer in Method, do you have conflicts that need to be resolved? At what point do the customers start "disappearing" in Method, is there any commonality?

Another point to add: These items may be listed as inactive in QB and you're able to see them in Method due to not having a filter setup for only active items.

Hey Innovative,
How exactly is this affecting your billing? Do you mean that it's causing confusion for your staff as they're unsure which items to select?
Am I correct to assume that this came up sometime after you performed a Verify and Rebuild on your QuickBooks file. I've seen strange scenarios with item ...

I took a look at your CRM_NewLead(2) screen and found that you put the LeadSource_RecordID field on the screen and just renamed the Caption to Lead Source Name (see below). So the Lead Source Name field doesn't actually exist in your Customer table. You'll first need to create the text field in your Customer table in order for ...
