This information is copied over when the sync engine is first installed, and updated whenever it is changed.

I have found out why this is happening, if the estimate is set to wait for sync approval the retail pries are not pulled over from Quick books if this is unchecked and saved the prices pull over from QuickBooks. I thought all data was synchronized?

Hi John,
I'm unable to replicate this issue using neither the October nor Novermber versions of Method. What screen are you selecting the new item on, and is it a stock screen?
Added new items in QBO then selected them on an Invoice
Selected newly added QBO items on a Work Order in Method (after a Full Sync)

Hmmm.........should be there.
Maybe it's already on the screen? Do you see a checkbox on the invoice screen already as "Wait for Sync Approval?"? That uses the IsWaitingForSyncApproval field.
