I would say we are pretty close, with the exception being that we don't automatically capture the customer's email reply and update the case notes. This would be done by the case handler by either Method, the gadget or plugin. Your customers shouldn't notice much, if any change in what they do currently.

From my testing, I went through the process and the HTML formatting did stay intact after the import.
If you want to email me over the spreadsheet you are working with (or a few records from it) I can try again using your file.

Hello Robert,
Here's my answer. Right now we do not have any email notification system which notifies you when sync is stopped. But you can always check in Method under Quickbooks tab> synchronize to see the ststus of your last sync.

Did the original screen include any custom fields in the table that may not be included on the new account? I haven't seen this behaviour before. Could you email me the account this is happening on and enable MethodSupport on that account?
