I did some more research on this and another potential issue is the account you have selected for the Bill line items, I believe it has to be an expense account, otherwise it will get rejected by QuickBooks.

I resolved the issue of sales rep. THX!
As far as the Bills that wont post to qbooks i have tried several diff scenarios and still no luck. I have changed to "has been billed" " not billable" and " billable" and added a customer still wont sync

Based on information from another post, I tested this on portals and was able to duplicate this issue and am creating a ticket for it.

I still have only been able to duplicate this on files with & in the name. Once I let you know that the fix for file names with & is out, test it again and see if the issue is resolved.

Funny - I was working on a project this evening that references the exact same templates.
Here are the templates:
CRM_ActivityAssignedToUser - For a regular new activity.
CRM_Follow-upActivityforUser - For a follow up activity.
You can edit the templates under Home > Email Templates.

I would like to modify the email that goes out through the New Activity screen. Specificaly I would like to add an additional field to the "subject line". How do I find the actual email template that I want to make a copy of and modify?
